Using the formula for R 2(n!) for getting the last 2 nonzero digits, I am getting correct results for all numbers except multiples of such as 25,30 etc. Please tell me what I am doing wrongly Ravi sir. Also how to use this formula quickly for larger numbers with a= 15,20 etc ??

Great video sir, I wanted to add that when we have numbers that are not closer to 100 and are far from multiples of 25, in that case, it will be lengthy to use the reverse methodology, I feel it will be easier to use the division by 5 formula until we get smaller factorials (in this case we need to remember 2^10 = 1024, this might n=be useful for higher power of 2).

For anyone trying to calculate R(98!) and got struck

you have to think like this

i was calculating R(98!)

at last the equation was

4=9 .R(98!)

DONT DO DIVISION


here in your mind ,you should have the thought: what should i multiply by 9 such that 4 comes after the multiplication(LHS)

automatically 6 comes as your answer

This logic also satisfies for R( 99!)

4=1.R(99!)

what should i multiply in 1 such that 4 comes after multiplication?
answer will be 4

we can use the concept of unit digit to find the last digit, if the power is huge, for 4, if the power is odd, take the last digit 4 and if the power is even take the last digit 6
