The BIG question is cost. What was the total cost of that procedure? I suspect somewhere around $25,000 to $35,000. It's all fun n games until you find out you need to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it. That's even if you can get one. These procedures are way too overpriced.

Let’s begin by stating this Doctor is very knowledgeable and compassion about his work. His price is worth his knowledge as well as his patient safety while doing the procedure.

Dr. Amir if Madonna came to you as a patient and said “I know I’ve gone too far and I want to look as natural as I can,” what procedures would you recommend? I imagine dissolving the fillers would result in sagging skin, but she’s already had so many lifts. Is she past the point of no return?😮

Makeup and lighting can make a face look VERY different and this is misleading. While there is no doubt that her skin is tighter and less droopy, I’d like to see the same patient with no makeup and the same lighting as in the before photo.

To be fair, if your before photos are make up free, then your after photos should also be.

I can make myself look 10 years younger with make up.

This is nothing against your results but it does make me wonder what your results truly are.

Comparing a photo of a woman without makeup to a photo of a woman that has been completely made up, even if it’s the same woman, it’s like comparing apples to oranges.

Until the age of 55 I was fine, told that I was a beautiful woman who did not look her age at all. Then over less than ten years things just went crazy so I had no time to adjust to the mirror and could only go on how I felt = the same as before. My eyes bagged, my lovely jawline sagged and a huge cushion of fat appeared under my chin. I avoid the mirror, have no idea who that old witch who lives there is ! In the same time frame I began to lose teeth due to stress and then infection following family and personal tragedy. Next month I am having my whole mouth redone with implants and crowns and bone grafting and then next year I am having a full facelift and skin resurfacing. A year later I am planning lipo on my tummy. I am 66, I live alone but I need to recognise myself again and it's so important for this phase of life to like yourself.

So I woke up one day, and my youthful look was gone. It was like a blink of an eye. Literally the day before I swear I did not look this way, and now that delicate, subtle youthful appearance changed overnight to the very very very beginning of old age. How sad. I’m grateful to be the age that I am to have made it this far but my God I feel 35 on the inside OK maybe 45 I don’t wanna give away my real age I will just say it’s nowhere near that. I would love to have this done as long as it really, and truly did restore my face to where it was and it didn’t change me.
