Hi Chandoo, seeing your one of the PowerBi videos I changed the settings of my PowerBi and now I am not getting visualization pane. I am finding it difficult to build reports and its properties. there is some mistake when you are finding the tenure your D.O.J Format is mm/dd/yyyy and we get the format dd/mm/yyyy by the use of today fourmula so when you subtracting =Today()-doj you are getting a worng value.
