I am currently reading Meditation by Marcus Aurelius and it led me to this video. Discipline of Perception has been my post powerful lesson so far.

Too much info at one time...break the lessons down into smaller bites. As some of us can't digest this buffet all at once. Teach as if we have a short attention span, or limited time...thanks for the all you can eat smorgasbord, but I prefer tapas...
