I feel like on this card you can't expect to get 60fps on this game. I reccomended medium or high for a 30+ experience which isn't that bad.

По всей видимости у автора видео стоит опция адаптивного разрешения возможно. Не понятно как у него всё время 10гб оперативной памяти расходуется при том что 3 видео всего. На ультрах игра больше 5 видеопамяти кушает и больше 12 оперативки а при 3 у автора ему и 16 может нехватить. Ну и оптимальные настройки чушь безусловно. Выкручивать тени при скрутки текстур это конечно мягко говоря странно
