8 Industry Secrets to Avoid Emails Going to Spam & Improve Email Deliverability

I am using Infusionsoft/ Keap currently. My deliverability is really bad. I know a lot was my fault from sending spammy looking emails with discount % in the subject and spammy content.
I have a list of 11,000 customers, not subscribers. People that have done business with us. Out of 11k, 6,198 emails were sent with 1,148 opened. We get emails daily from previous customers requesting to be put back on our email list, so I’m sure we are landing in spam.
Should I use a new domain and warm it up?
I have read by many that Infusionsoft has deliverability issues, but I can’t blame it all in them. However, I am going to switch to Vonvert Kit or another reputable platform.

Setting up a custom domain on workspace, how can i do different emails for employees from the same domain, how do we send them the login in info ? may you help with that please ! do you have an existing video ? I need 1 email for the company and the employees to have emails with their names on
