ОтветитьWe used jobber for a few years. We outgrew them . Switched to service autopilot
ОтветитьExcellent Breakdown
ОтветитьI LOVE THIS VIDEO! Great job! I almost purchased jobber, but highly considering copilot now
ОтветитьForgot The Customer Factor
ОтветитьI’ve been using Service autopilot from the get go and it has basically turned into a very expensive invoicing system for me the routing is great but you must get back in there and manually reroute maybe that’s normal but I wish I could create my routes one time and not have to keep fixing it week after week because it gets out or wack weekly
ОтветитьKeep doing what you're doing. You are awesome man. Thanks!!1
ОтветитьVery informative Mike! Thanks! I would be interested in a comparison between copilot and single ops.
ОтветитьMike is cool but these damn apps are just taking your money...
ОтветитьHey mike, have you used Field Rocket? Would love to see a comparison there. I think its mostly free
ОтветитьAnyone have a recommendation for route mapping? Or are they pretty similar?
ОтветитьThank you so much for this. After spending A LOT of money on two CRM that are really not working for me I think I decided on the best fit after watching this video.
ОтветитьThanks Mike! Do you have a view on HindSite's FieldCentral at all? Been looking at them too.
ОтветитьHey Mike, Lawn Pro or Yard Book for first starting out?
Ответитьwhat about qoute iq?
ОтветитьMike you have been a blessing to this industry. I’m 27 and I own a landscaping business with my brother. Your videos have been incredibly helpful to us and our business. I bought your course and learned a vast amount of info that was a game changer for us. Now you are offering this software and being super transparent as always.
Thank you brother!
Man...
...I have been doing this old school for 40 years..on pencil and paper. ... with a small hand written invoice book .
Sometimes I feel like my brain is going to EXPLODE.
I just hired an accountant who is starting to bill everyone though email in Quickbooks.
I am a bit anxious about the transition, but I am hoping that I can free up some time from all that paper work.
It is actually more work now than before...but prayerfully only temporarily.
How does Quickbooks measure up to these other softwares???
Thanks Mike for all you do for the community.
God bless.
does anyone know which of the software allow us to autimatically pass on credit card fees to the customer or at least part of it. or giving a lower price to those whom use ach?
ОтветитьSaw the ad - checked out the links
ОтветитьAfter being on SA forever, we are actively switching to Aspire, they are owned by servicetitan. We just outgrew SA.
ОтветитьI started on Yardbook Honestly it was plenty for my business but I could not get past one thing. You could not process credit cards in bulk! So this past year I switched to Service Autopilot because I was under the impression that it was the cream of the crop being founded by Jonothan Potoshnik himself. Well, it's great but Mike is right. It's way too much for my little 100,000/year business and the add on services are ridiculous. I hate to switch again, but I will be giving CoPilot a serious consideration. Does CoPilot allow for bulk payment processing?
ОтветитьMike for those of us who are starting part-time is Yard Book the only option worth it?
ОтветитьIt would be great to see a step by step guide of how you would use copilot for your business.
ОтветитьI bought LawnPro software based on your recommendations. Why didn’t you cover them in this video?
Would appreciate your insights
Do you think it is worthwhile for a solo operator to have a CRM?
ОтветитьNot sure what complex project management software you think pros are using on big jobs over $50k. I spent $200k on a landscape and zero software was used. Just saying… perfect is the enemy of good enough. Don’t sell your solution short for bigger contractors.
ОтветитьWe currently use Lmn. The main reason we are with them because we can make divisional budgets for snow, lawn, design build. It will take the budgets made and give a hourly man hr rate for each division. We were going with aspire but they base there pricing structure on the business revenue. We would be paying close to 3k per month. Will you have a divisional budget?
ОтветитьHey Mike! Will the android app be available to download in Australia?
Ответить40YRS in Hightech hardware sales USA and ASIA….. THE BEST IS NOT RELIANT ON REQUIREMENT TOSTORE DATA ON ANY BUSINESS’S SERVERS! IF YOU HAVETHAT….. THENI AM OPEN TO HEAR AS I NEED IT.
PS: MUST BE LINUX PLATFORM BASED. WE BLOCK MICROSOFT PLATFORM!
I like what I am seeing so far. I recently started looking at other CRMs and decided to stay where I am until I grow. But, I do have questions about the AI and where does it recive it's learning or imputs to make the descisions?
ОтветитьWe are using Yardbook and expect to grow to over $300k this year. Yardbook as been working great and so far we haven't really got hung up on anything with their features and our growth. However, I just recently joined your P4P software and am loving it. I think I heard somewhere that Copilot will talk with the P4P and work together giving analytics. That would be awesome! My question is, does Copilot have any kind of chemical tracking capabilities? With Yardbook, it knows what chemicals we use with different programs based on the time of year and our tech simply has to tell it to track chemicals and it creates a report automatically based on the lawn size and the amount used along with all the weather information. It will also email this report to the customer. This would be a must for us. Also will Copilot have project management like some of the larger software companies?
ОтветитьWhat about Singleopps and Arborgold and Arbostar?
ОтветитьJust curious to know if you’ve tried or had any thoughts on Service M8?
Ответить😬 but you missed the How to Hardscape Headquarters 😄
ОтветитьWhat CRM does perficut use?
ОтветитьDo people who are on the free plan have access to office hours? If so I’m wondering where the zoom link is available I’m definitely gonna upgrade soon
ОтветитьWhat about real green ? Thoughts
ОтветитьYou missed service titan, in terms of home services, outside of lawncare companies, with extensive price book, it’s a beast to try and compete with. If you have a ton of items it’s a super important to have a solid pricebook
ОтветитьI want to know more about lawnpro . I'm using yardbook , which is fine for my size business, but it looks like lawnpro has more for the price.
ОтветитьAdditional con for Jobber : constant advertising and influencers shilling for them.
ОтветитьThanks, Mike! I have never been in a beta, so I don't know if some of my issues will be fixed or not, but these are the things keeping me from jumping in 100%:
1.)The "Rate Us" and Work Request sections of the client portal are not editable. I don't offer many of the services listed and they don't reflect the options selected in the Work Request Form settings.
2.)The estimate is not very editable. There is no $ sign on the prices, the columns don't line up cleanly, and there is a column for sales tax that is unnecessary.
3.)Pictures do not show up in estimates. I have the Twig\Error\LoaderError, but I'm only in the free version, so there is nowhere to submit it.
4.)Emails sent other than estimates and invoices never show as "read".
5.)There are too many steps for the customer to add a card on file. Is there a reason they have to create an account?
There are a couple more, but I'm confident that they are just 'placeholder' type issues and will be sorted in time.
is Copilot available internationally
ОтветитьLawn Buddy is a really great service with many features for the price!
ОтветитьGreat video. I am surprised that you did not include Aspire in that list.
ОтветитьQuick question. I have kind of a unique situation for lawn care software. I am 16 right now, just bought a truck and trailer and looking to have a great season! I’m still in school, so I’m not full time or anything, but I want to get systems in place so that when I’m done with school I can go full time and have a large company. What software would you recommend for that situation? Right now yardbook might be best, but I want to learn something that I will be able to use with a larger more sophisticated company. Thanks!
ОтветитьIs there any chance that the chemical side will have more in-depth automation to it?
Such as auto fill the current weather and wind at the current location, company and tech license #'s, truck ID, customer property sq ft automatically populates the box, daily chemical mix entered once in the morning and will use the same product mixture rate to populate each customer that day. When treating the same type of turf with the same chemicals/fertilizer mix, it saves a ton of time not having to enter the same information 30-40 times a day per tech. If doing different types of treatments, having a drop down with those mixture rates and chemicals used can be easier tracked and documented.
