Thanks my problem is fixed when I run both steps troubleshoot method and then reset and repair.

For me on the cmd one it wont update its stuck on 'checking for scans)

Guys if none of these things work for you check your region settings under Language & Region and set them to United States. only thing that worked for me.

if you are resident of puerto rico you need to change the region to united states for the store work properly

You must know what goes into reinstalling windows \app\ect..

This is an unacceptable resolution to this problem.

You might as well say.. just dont upgrade to windows 11.

I can't download anything.
I think I tried every possible option there is on the internet...
I reinstalled it via PowerShell, I checked if my account is banned
(it's not, I activated Forza Horizon 5 and wanted to install it and also tried other apps to make sure), I tried everything in this tutorial and beyond.

I never had this problem before! I could always download things from Microsoft Store.
