How to Install Python 3.7, pip, & tkinter on Windows 10

Pip is not working in visual studio and also In cmd it shows it's not applications even I have done the way of variables

tkinter is not installed natively. And you did not show how to install in case tkinter is not natively installed. Please change the name of this video its misleading. what if it does not import, what should you do?
