After you get “an old” neck nothing will help just plastic surgery. I have been with my bf for 10 years and she's 81 years old now and of Canadian Scottish descent..so she has it since I met her at 71 years and I guess even prior to that!...No one in my family have this ..thank goodness but Philippines is just a plane away! Retinol night cream right before bed. A few years ago I also started taking a collagen supplement. Drinking water, no specific amount, just sip on it throughout the day, also makes skin stay healthy.

Doing the plank will beef up those neck muscles instead of let them sag.
