ОтветитьHi Gina was a little too fast for my knees and hips but I still enjoyed it. Will need to increase the weights as well once I get the moves. What weight did you use I found 3KG too light

I used a smaller weight for the elbow that’s bothering but I’m trying to rest it as much as I can. Thanks again Gina you’re the best 💕💜💕
