we've always been struggling everyday, we wanna know if we make the best choice, but we never know things would be different or not if we made another dicision. why don't we just let it go, just to enjoy the time we grabbed right now, don't always be chasing the best.

I wanted to comment and say thank you to you Sadia. I've tried CBT, DBT, EMDR, all different types of therapy and workbooks for years, but this video of yours with the printable worksheet has been the most helpful. My life really changed markedly once I figured out my values and started working towards them, along with taking natural supplements that relived my depression a bit.
