You mentioned vendor meals. My venue (which is all inclusive) is counting vendors that we want to feed as additional guests. Are vendor meals typically the same exact meals the guests get? As a vendor, would you be offended if the couple provided a different cheaper meal (say, sub sandwiches or pizza)?? Appreciate your perspective!

The transportation can never be forgoten in a Croatian wedding, you have a special designazed driver and on the other seat you have the flag bearer that waves the flag as you leave the church to the venue😂😂

The only thing that’s frustrating about feeding vendors is that they are already changing you $1000 plus to be there and the meals cost $100 each. Everything unfortunately is just so damn expensive now.

Yiiiiiiikes, planning for our wedding coming up in April. I thought I had accounted for most of the things already, but there were quite a few I had forgotten! We already hired a month of/day of wedding coordinator to help tie up possible loose ends and help us be able to have more freedom to enjoy the wedding day. Nonetheless, these are all super helpful tips that I’ll still try to prep prior to our meetings a month out from the wedding!! Glad I found this video and excited to check out your other videos! 😊

Vendor meals cost a lot especially if you have a lot of staff to feed😑. They should submit a timeline of when are they going out to eat so we are not looking for them. 🙃 Or they know they are going to an event to do their work would it be best if they prepared & bring their food??? Just saying.

I found that wedding planners lack creativity & keeping track of the little ddtails you mentioned. I am now my daughter's wedding planner & everything is smoothe sailing & the $3000 we saved, we put into more flowers!

100% I can not tell you as a planner how many times I have saved the day by bringing up Ice! So many of my clients just assume Ice magically appears. AND transportation! Lol

OMG! Listened to that and would've been so stressed out if I haven't had wedding already :) I remember one bride saying to the groom at 8 pm 'I just want this madness to end already'. I planned mine so that I would not need to worry, this was a party, I did not need all that. For eg. we did not throw flower petals and decorate church. The church was lovely and did not need stuff to be put there and a crew of cleaners after.
