It’s better to trim your ends for hair growth. I say once a year. And I agree with all of this. LEAVE YOUR LOCS ALONE. Over twisting your hair affects your locs. Less manipulation is the best way!💕 My locs are an inch and a half from my butt now. 5 yrs in.🥰
