ОтветитьA weight vest distributes the weight evenly front and back and that is a good thing...unlike wearing a winter knit cap inside with a short sleeve shirt LOL

ОтветитьI hike and backpack and carry a light to moderate weight in the pack. My physio suggested it's good for posture pulling you back slightly. The weight is helpful for bone building for us gals.
