SQL Table Employee should use DepartmentId, not DepartmentName, bladdy Foreign Key relationship!

Hi guys. I followed this tutorial step by step but I'm having issues with the upload Photo funcionality. It's returning the message: Unsupported Media Type. This way, when I select the new Employee photo, the photo don't appear and don't save in the path. Anyone else had the same issue and could help me?
