I do wish he'd recommend getting an insulin tolerance test instead of glucose/A1C though, since bad lifestyle can cause insulin to keep being produced in greater & greater amounts for up to 24 years BEFORE the glucose shows any abnormality 😮 plus A1C was found to only be 27% accurate compared to OGTT

Do a parasite cleanse i take diatomaceous earth food grade. 1 teaspoon twice a day in one cup of water once in morning and one before bed. Drink plenty of water after.
