I’m 75 years old and as my orthopedic doc says “ You’re 75 years old with the back of an 85 year old. 5 years ago I’ve had a full spinal laminectomy and an L3, L4 and L5 spinal fusion. I typically do 2-3 rounds of stretching per day with 3-5 core strengthening exercises. I’m going to add 4 of these to my routine starting tomorrow morning as I’m already doing one of them ( knee drops which I call trunk rotations). Thanks again!

Oh GOD Bless you!! I never had this before untill i reached and grabbed a flower pot off my steps and let me tell you... Had to go see a chiropractor boy, he worked a miracle. Now I'm getting that feeling again back. I still see him but i can do these too!! Thank you!!❤ I just turned 71

ОтветитьI am 65 and in relatively good shape and very active however over the last year or so I have been experiencing what I thought was some hip pain when getting up from sitting or sleeping. I mentioned it to my doctor during my checkup and he said I think it is actually lower back pain and stiffness and not your hips. I think the main reason was after a short bit of walking it normally got better not worse. I also started having some sciatic pain while trying to sleep mainly. I have found these 5 simple exercises to almost eliminate my discomfort in both my hips and my sciatic nerve. If I do them twice daily the discomfort in both cases has almost disappeared. I will continue to do them and let everyone know if it continues to help. Thanks!!!!

ОтветитьI'm 78 and I really like these exercises. I do everyday and add in a pelvic lift/bridge and a cobra on my stomach. I even do first two in bed before I get up in the morning. Thank you!

Gospel! The good news about Jesus Christ and salvation from judgment on our sins. Jesus dined with His disciples the night before He went to the cross. Mark 14:22-25. Jesus and His disciples were eating a Passover meal together at the Last Supper. After partaking of bread and wine (His body and His blood), the Bible mentions the hymn Jesus sang with His disciples. “And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.” Mark 14:26. What were they singing on such an occasion? PRAISE! Psalms 113-118.
THE GOOD NEWS

Jesus Christ loves us! We believe this! John 3:16-17. We believe Him and who He is! He is our Savior! GOD THE SON! ONLY HE SAVES.
Ephesians 2:8 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 not of works, lest any man should boast."
JESUS GAVE HIS LIFE FOR US AND LIVES AGAIN!
1 Corinthians 15: 3 "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:"
Blood coming from his body, NAKED, hanging on that cross like Roman torture weapon! What a Lord God and Savior! He had to. HE is God the Son. Only His sinless blood could pay for all our sins. 1 John 2:1-2.
He died on our behalf! We believe in Him and who He is, trusting the shedding of His blood as payment for ALL our sins, and His burial and resurrection from the dead the third day for our eternal life! John 20:24-31. HE LIVES EVERMORE!
We can live forever through Him. God forgives our sins through Him otherwise our sins will prevent us from living in Glory with Him and our family in the faith the Bible describes. We study to show ourselves approved in wisdom and further truths about Him! We are in a family! God's family. CHRIST'S BRIDE! We got to know Jesus Christ better and better!
Romans 5:8 "But God demonstrates his love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more than, now justified by his blood, we will be saved from wrath through him."
HE LIVES! JESUS LIVES!

ОтветитьThese were awesome thank you so much. Most of my pain is not in my back, but in my legs and when you talk about tin man, that’s exactly how I feel I have stenosis spondylolisthesis probably sciatica. Are there any others I can do?

ОтветитьI'm definitely going to try these thank you very much two years ago the cat popped my big blowup bed and I woke up with my butt on the floor and my feet and shoulders in the air and I could not stand up straight or walk or laying flat on my back or on my stomach for a month and a half I could sit Indian style and I could scoot around on my butt zero pain straightening out whether laying down or standing up was excruciating I thought I was going to end up in a wheelchair for the rest of my life gradually got better a little physical therapy got even better but just recently it's starting to come back not nearly as bad but I can tell it's the same thing ..
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your video. I am suffering with lower back pain all the way down to my lower spine by my butt. I fell off a ladder and fractured my lower spine by my butt. I fell directly on my butt. My lower back is full of arthritis. I've been suffering with sciatica in my right butt cheek all the way down my leg. I searched for exercises for sciatica and back pain. I came upon your video. I started yesterday. I did 3 separate sessions. I'm not kidding I had relief last night. I woke up this morning in alot less pain. Thank you so very much for helping me.❤
