Him and I were born the same year, and had very similar interests when it came to arts and music, however, we were very different people, perhaps different upbringings and experiences, I was into darker, underground rap, and didn't find his style that appealing, cause I wasn't very positive, materialistic, or into the party/drug scene aside from the occasional drink or marijauna usage, and focused more on the spiritual side of things, nor did I really care for fitting in with crowds or groups or being liked, even though I never truly went out of my way to be a legitimate asshole to anyone purposely, and I never really listened to his music. I didn't bother to to truly start pursuing my own music officially until after he passed away, and even then, I started to question after making music, why I even wanted to do it. My life took a turn for the worse, I broke up with a woman at the time I felt I truly loved who I have yet to meet a suitable replacement and haven't fallen in love since, began experimenting with binaural beats and isochronic tones, I wound up with supposed mental illness medications didn't seem to help, and got arrested for something completely ridiculous, did two months in jail, went through literal hellscapes, plead guilty to a felony cause I didn't give a fuck to fight it, got out on probation with GPS monitoring, urine analysis tests, and with a bunch of classes and fines I was expected to pay for, lost my job, my vehicle, my reputation amongst peers and associates, wound up homeless, in and out of mental instititions, attempting suicide via overdosage on sleep-aids numerous times because my preferred method of shooting myself in the head was no longer viable due to said felony preventing legal purchase of one, began experimenting with various magic sigils attributes to King Solomon, ridiculing, judgmental, commanding, awful, begging, pleading voices and disembodied voices of all types that have plagued me inside and out, along with tactile hallucinations and vibrational annoyances, I have felt empty, cold, faithless, and completely ruthless and unapologetic and unforgiving towards everyone and everything I used to never have any issues with, and if that is just mere coincidence, he seemed like a pretty cool guy, if not, I guess him and I just aren't friends, or his death and whatever has been occurring after it has SIGNIFICANTLY impacted me. Whatever the case may be, whatever I've gotten myself involved in and with who or what, I have no apologies for anyone or anything that's been hurt or will be hurt since this started happening to me, because the mere fact that it happened, and has been allowed to continue for this long when I have been so miserable on most days that I literally have begged to cease existing or for this world to end and for all who have done this to me to be destroyed. I am fed up. I may or may not have also experienced the third eye typically associated with that of Hindu gods, as well as shapeshifting associated with gods such as Zeus or even serpents. Dreams have been nuts. Lots of dudes with Freemason and Dreamcatcher tattoos incarcerated with me when I was there. Just a big fucking mess after he fucking died. Completely irritated.

The story, reflects reality for some individuals, for many young men, similar to him. A valid analysis on the subject matter, for any ‘gone too soon’ even IF you people lie. All the time.

Every time I go through pain or suffering or heartbreak I come back to mac to help get me through it, no one could re create who mac was..

This album was amzing. My favorite of the decade maybe the century so far.
Its an album I still listen to all the way through, from start to finish.
I sold most my vinyl, this is one of the few that I will always keep. Circles is really good too.

It hurt when this interview ended. I wish it was hours longer.

I regret not discovering Mac’s music earlier on. I started listening to him ever since my daughter played “Small Worlds” in the car with me a year ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. It’s funny how as a 46 year old woman, his music speaks to me in a way that no other music ever has. What an extraordinary young man. I am forever grateful for Mac and his music.
