Ive been saying all along, the US government has intel as part of the bipartisan CHIPS act. There is NO WAY they are letting the market's short term thinking bankrupt a strategic security asset.

This is very smart for Amazon. Even if the Intel venture chip never works well, it will take a couple years to discover this, and meanwhile it may give Amazon AWS leverage with their other suppliers, like Nvidia, AMD and ARM.

Who is going to use the foundry services? Samsung, Broadcom Qualcomm, AMD, Apple..... I don't think so unless forced by the US government. The Intel foundry services will only be used during negotiations with tsmc as a bargaining chip.
2025 will be the start of arm based CPUs for PCs in greater volume and suppliers again Intel will be loosing ground.

How do you think a war with China will impact INTEL, it seems like the Government is positioning itself to remain 'in-house' when it comes to security.
In the event of a security issue would we (the US) put restrictions on other chips which would accelerate the process of INTEL"S ascent?

Whether the bottom is behind Intel is only slightly relevant, it is mostly about when the ramp up will come. Dead money is almost as bad as losing money. I sold my shares with a small loss, avoided the big drops. But until NVDA stops amazing us with their growth, my funds are allocated well enough there.
