I'm having troubles flashing my unit from the arduino IDE. Most times the connection fails and times out, even if I'm pressing the EN button (or both the EN and BOOT buttons).

Just a lil issue - ESP32 leaves no space on breadboard. Takes up all the columns on one side of the breadboard.

You can buy the official development board from espressif off amazon for about 20 bucks, or off gridconnect (certified distributor) for about 10 bucks, but with about 17 bucks of shipping, so gridconnect is good if you want more than one.

So this one beats all the other chips? I want to move on from using nanos. Which board should I use? I've looked at stm32, Teensy, eps, M0 and it's getting confusing. Which one would you recommend for all around general purpose?

can this board be powerd by usb and 5v battery at same time ?

Hi, I have a 2.2" TFT screen with RM 68130 driver. . I load the libryries for it and all what I get is an white screen. I see , on the net , that the TFT has an ID. If it does , how do I find it? What is wrong?

I have a problem. when I try this, I cant make the led blink.
i followed the steps in the video, and nothing happens.

I've downloaded the Arduino ESP32 Dev Module code into the Arduino IDE, but after the sketch compiles, it tries to connect to the board, but fails to do so. Are there be drivers that need to be installed into Windows? When I plug the ESP32 into the USB port, a new device appears in the Device Manager called CP2102 USB to UART Bridge Controller, but Windows says there are no compatible drivers for it. Where can I get these drivers?

This is a marvelous chip - why the whole Arduino thing didn't start from this chip? It is better than big heavy Raspberry-pi and very fast mc. Must see how it handles video processing. Still waiting for some crazy boards that are 64bit with more ghz )
