Notion Second Brain 2.0 - Best Notion template to organize your life

c'est sympa ces templates notion de productivité, personnellement je trouve ça très théorique:
- la plupart du temps quand je capture un sujet, je veux le faire en 5 secondes, je ne veux pas avoir à remplir 5-10 champs
- je veux organiser une donnée là où elle sera utile, et c'est mon calendrier qui organise ma journée, parce qu'il est connecté à mes mails, relève mes meetings, etc... Je ne veux pas perdre ou avoir à dupliquer ce genre de donnée dans un notion, c'est contre productif.
Donc soit je n'ai pas bien compris le cadre dans lequel vous recommandez d'utiliser ce template, soit il y a du travail pour construire et présenter un système qui concilie tout cela.

Should one have separate sets of Projects & Tasks DBs for different areas, like a set of DBs for Finance Tracker, a set of DBs for Workout, a set for Games, Movies, Series, Books, etc... And a set of DBs for Work;

or should only have 3 DBs (Areas, Projects, Tasks) for every area, as the P.A.R.A. method suggests?

1. The problem with P.A.R.A. method is that I have been unable to incorporate Finance Tracker with the regular Projects - Tasks DBs. Similar case with Games, Movies, Workout, etc.

2. And, if I start building separate DBs for each area (not following the P.A.R.A. method) then they have their own DB properties (which is difficult to have in case of Projects & Tasks - P.A.R.A built DBs) and it is easy to share the templates with friends; but I will have to keep building separate DBs like this everytime; consuming a lot of time...
