Place looks like a war zone, dogs on chains and in misserable conditions. God knows what psychological damage those dogs are subject to. It's difficult to enforce first world standards on a third world country but they can do better.

You can get these in the US? I like the shape of them vs the other central asian shepherds I see offered in the US.

Thats some short chains on some of those dogs, im no animal rights activists but kinda felt bad for a couple of them.
