It is a delight to see such a well presented and thought out workout, and how you use visualisation rather than endless talking like many other YT fitness trainers. Well done and keep up the great work!

ОтветитьI did this after 30 mins of rowing, it felt quite doable during the process, but now I'm left drenched and shaking. It feels amazing!

I’m here at 77 and loving it. How many times a week do you recommend doing the kettlebells workout and should I take a recovery day
I also have been doing Yoga and Tai Chi since the 1970’s so I’m in pretty good shape, just want to add some strength and cardio training
Please advise…

ОтветитьExcellent workout just restarting my journey after second baby and this one was fantastic really sweaty but I know it’s gunna work, on a 8kg kettlebell atm will move to 12kg when I am fitter gunna aim to do it everyday thank you 😊
