Pubg, this is getting out of hand. I understand you have to spend some money to get a weapon skin, but spending money to level the skin to its max visual its too much. Why not after acquiring the skin, let us play the game doing challenges instead?

Also, people shouldn't forget that when the event is over you can NOT upgrade your progressive skin anymore. So you might just sit there with a level 1 skin which would suck. The killfeed is the most important thing for the skin for me.

One of my friends got the m416 3rd try, also got the m16a4 within first 10, he's so lucky, i got 5 or so orange akm and a few more silver plate weapon skins and few other crap ones lmao

Seriously could you help me out a little, the M416 PHOENIX kind of got my attention a bit, i mean we ALL would want a killfeed animation right, i mean who wouldnt! This gun "only" need lvl5 for it... but... i grinded and struggled and still got only 5 schematics, and even that wasn't easy... the lvl5 would require 14!!!!! i mean how the actual FRK... people get it by buying boxes? or how the hell does people who got killfeed animation get so many schematics? :S It's god damned crazy man =( I opened SO many hideout boxes from BP and almost never saw any schematics, so doing that with money and get so few must really cost a fortune and more.... even more than the $1000-$1500 people are talking about =(

Finally someone who shows what's needed to get certain skins and upgrade them. In The Netherlands we cannot buy contraband coupon crates as it falls under 'gambling'. Even though the parties who give the government a big split can promote gambling as much as they like, because they also 'support good causes' and you have football gambling promotions like every 1 in 5 commercials... But I found out simply using a VPN (even a free one) allows me to buy it if I wanted. Now I've seen the phoenix crates I think this is a good chance for me to try and get at least 1 weapon and upgrade it to level 6 (because that's what I want the most, the killfeed skin). But then again, I don't really wanna spend money on it. But without it you won't reach level 6 ever so with my couple of schematics I guess I'd have to invest. Ah well, maybe if I get lucky with a progressive skin I might do a one time purchase of like 100 euro's to level it to level 6, but I have to make sure my wife doesn't notice or else she will fucking smack me lol. (She also plays PUBG so sooner or later she will find it out anyway haha). But it's really not my kind of thing to buy stuff especially when there's so little chance to get lucky and the devs only give a crap about Korea/China region. Ah well, we'll see what we do if we get lucky with a progressive skin!

Got lucky this time, first 10 boxes gave me the M4.. Infact as they were so cheap with the step-up system, I pulled 3 M4's overall.. spent all my luck in one go for 2023 it seems lol. I had to spent hundreds to get the previous progressive weapon prior these :P

Got to admit, I wouldn't mind the schematics to upgrade the progressive skins if they were easier to get...for example, I ended up getting 3 of the phoenix m16 battlestat skins but I think it's ridiculous that the battlestat epic skins give the same 200 polymers as the regular epic gold akm & tick tock m4 skins when you salvage them, in my opinion you should get 1 schematic for salvaging the battlestat epic skins along with the 200 polymers. It's still not perfect but I think it would be a step in the right direction of making the contraband system a bit more fair for the player base interested in the weapon skins.

I never knew how lucky I was until I saw this video and how much I got with the money I spent. I spent $110 (tax excluded), got the M4 and M16 within the first 20 boxes, got enough to grab a colored smoke with the scraps, bought the groza and survivor pass, bought 10 of the cases, opened 2 primers and got the legendary parachute and SKS blueprint, and bought the white tiger backpack. I never expected to be this lucky, but prob will put in another $100 later down the line to grab the pan and whatever I’m missing for beryl.
