I had pain and tightness there ( mid upper spine in between my left shoulder blade or spine back in 2018. And I popped it over and over until one day I popped it so hard in my car that I lost a lot of my proper functioning muscles on almost all my upper left side. It is now very difficult to flex / feel my upper left pec, left bicep and tricep, left shoulder. Only a chuck fires and also most my left lat and rhomboid. I hope someone sees this and can give me advice on what may have happened. It’s been 5 years and there has been absolutely no sign of recovery and even got slightly worse a few months ago when I popped it by accident again. The skin on most my left side is also become less sensitive but not numb. It’s hard to describe 😢 I’m miserable every day since. I still go workout have been since 2013. But have trained around it when it happened in 2018
ОтветитьTwo wall street brokers curing lumbago. Nice job gentlemen 🫡
ОтветитьI know this video was made 8 years ago but I was squatting a few weeks ago and felt something hurting in my middle back, feels like my muscle is very tight and I get pain when I stretch it out, any suggestions?

ОтветитьI have an infrequently reoccurring thoracic back spasm that has come on with varying degrees of severity. Using a roller as mentioned in this video is the best remedy I have found. (Heat, hot shower, different yoga stretches, until finally resorting to muscle relaxants.)The roller technique nipped the problem in the bud, and headed off more severe instances.Thank you VERY much for this!
ОтветитьI love you guys and truly appreciate all the help you give. Whenever I'm experiencing any issue, I look for a video from you two. I have not been disappointed! Thank you for putting patients first and teaching us all the things you do!!
ОтветитьThis content is strikingly powerful. A similar book I perused sparked an incredible journey of self-discovery. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze
ОтветитьWhat do i do of i led a sedentary life, great content ty🦆
ОтветитьThanks, guys! My back feels less painful and more flexible after these exercises.
ОтветитьLack of magnesium causes muscle spasms!
ОтветитьYou guys really get it right in your vids for the DiYer lol...this video helped my mid back pain immensely -the hanging from a chin up bar vid really helped my shoulder pain - thanks for all you do here for free for people without the means to afford care out of pocket
ОтветитьI had this sharp pain come on suddenly when I was looking down to my phone. Now it hurts when I look down
ОтветитьWe miss Bob❤
ОтветитьYour voice isn't clearly audible. I have an issue about back fatigue at mid back level. not pain; the area around the spine seems to be affected ; it is like someone would feel tired, exhausted, requiring rest; later when I sit upright for some time I get relief. Could you please suggest a diagnosis.
ОтветитьPlease help. I only have pain in the upper mid back when turning my head to the right. Not the left just the right. What do I do? What is this?
ОтветитьI have a job that had me bend over a lot. I’m a tall guy and it really starts to hurt by the end of my shifts. What can I do to build the strength to do my job. Or how I can move in a way that prevents the pain.
This works. I foam roll everyday after work.
Does this loosen the muscles?
ОтветитьOk wow. I fell on ice last winter and my back has been hell. I think its a pinched nerve. Middle back pain to the left side of my spine. I feel it laying down and i feel intense pain after a few miles of walking. Did this for the first time just now and its already feeling better. Going to do this daily after my workouts. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьLiterally where the thumbnail arrow is pointing is where I'm getting spinal pain
ОтветитьMine is unfortunately stress related, and I’m convinced it’s my body reaction to stress even if I think I’m handling it pretty well. I dont think it’s solely because of the sedentary lifestyle :( I hope this one works :( my back had not been able to crack at all but I would love for it to. All massages that try to stretch my back only it crack by the upper back, but I need treatment for the upper middle :/
ОтветитьThe best treatment is three Hail Marys.
ОтветитьUsed a water bottle and relived most of the pain thanks
Ответитьthis is gey
ОтветитьThank you 👍👍👍
ОтветитьI have osteoarthritis in upper and lower spine, so is this ok to do?
ОтветитьI have herniated discs at almost every Latin in my thoracic region. Will the rolling help correct all of them?

ОтветитьIf my vehicle is the right height (I'm short) I would lay with my back on the hood and slide down the fender or just lay there for a bit and man it made things so much better.
ОтветитьAwesome as usual.thx!
ОтветитьWatching this after 7years and I most say thank you doctors, have been having this pain for months now, accusing ulcer and cold but after taken ulcer drugs and taken cold injections for 1 week.. Still feel it... This exercise helped, will be doing it everyday now
ОтветитьI consider my self pretty fit. I train almost 6 days a week soccer/gym/wrestling. Just the past 2 weeks I have been slacking off from training due to the holidays. Yesterday morning I woke up and went to pick something up in an awkward angle. And suddenly felt a sharp pain through my mid back/chest. Thought I was having a heart attack. After a few min of calm breathing I noticed that it must be muscle related. I was testing by moving my head up and down
And could defiantly feel a pull when down my back. Hopfully this method works. I can barely walk or stand up straight. How wierd bro. Btw I'm 24
Is it safe for your back to crack? I'm terrible pain at the min can't get to see anyone for the next 2 weeks. But a bit un sure about the cracking if I have any. Don't want it to go worse than it is now.
ОтветитьI had worsening middle back pain for over three weeks after twisting my spine doing strenuous mechanical work. I thought I would need to consult an orthapedic surgeon. I tried your foam tube for about 20 minutes. Felt somewhat better immediately. Next day I felt even better. 2nd day after rolling on the foam I felt absolutely no back pain. Absolutely amazing!!!! You guys should be so proud of the wonderful impact you have on all the thankful people you will probably never meet.
ОтветитьFelt great but the pain got so much worse. I was stuck on the floor for an hour. I've had this pain since childhood. I really wish I could find a permanent solution.
ОтветитьI was on a walk carrying a big bag of stuff and out went my back. I tried to roll my back against trees and poles like a bear to no avail. The rolled towel helped a bit.
ОтветитьIt's amazing how a deep strain can even effect your breathing
ОтветитьIs your back supposed to hurt while rolling back and forth on the towel on the floor? Mine does.
ОтветитьWorking USPS in an office and oh boy my mid back hurts. Can’t wait to see my results.
ОтветитьI'm a stem major and I don't have a car, so I have to walk 4km just in my commute everyday with a heavy backpack full of books. It's no mystery where my pain is coming from lol but I have to thank you guys so much! These exercises and stretches have helped me tremendously ^^
ОтветитьThese guys definitely know what they are talking about. Trust me I tried it, and it worked.
ОтветитьThank you, thank you, thank you
