I Highly recommend black velvet pants. They feel like sweats or pjs but look really classy.

Don't get me wrong, the items are pretty and they suit Hope very well (minus the skirt), but I can't be the only one who sees that none of the items matched her reference photos. The pink jacket gets a pass, but the rest is so far off the cutesy business casual in those pastel colors she sent her. All the pictures she sent were of skirts and somehow she received... jeans?

In my opinion, you were robbed over the jacket. Charity shops (idk if 'thrift' is something different) rely on donated clothes and are supposed to be very affordable. Unfortunately many are no longer affordable because they want large profit margins and recognise charity shopping as a trend. It hurts the poorest in society the most if people agree to such extortionate prices because they're quickly priced out of the shops :(

The PRICE, even if she raises it and she should, is flipping amazing. Have her send a box every month or every other month. She is going to get so much business.
