Hello, i like what you're doing.
I am new user and i am facing a problem.
I have 100+ soldiers and daily shifts. I have a monthly table where everyday i put the shifts.
I use initials and a formula to highlight so i can see the different shifts. Then i have a table where there is the shift and the name.
Hiw can i combine those two??
From the big monthly table when i pout the initial to see in the shift table the name? Is it possible?? Thanks in advance. I hope i wrote correct my problem 😂

Had to include "0" at the end of the Match formula to return my value or else the value returned was always "0". Fixed it by writing: =INDEX(B6:B11,MATCH(A2,A6:A11,0))

I tried using match formula alone on different data and I kept getting incorrect rows, does anyone know what the problem could be?

I want to use Index and match to name all my students who score above 90% . No number real names on Excel.

My value for the row number using MATCH in the last example kept returning a value error
