As for the park in China, I really doubt it had anything to do with Disney suing them. China doesn't care about law suits from other countries. They bootleg and commit copywrite infringements all the time. You can try to sue them, but you won't get anywhere. Their philosophy is, why create something new, when you can just copy something already made. They've made millions of bootleg stuff over the years, and have never been sued once. They don't care. Since they are their own nation, you would have to take them to court in their country, and no judge will see the case.
