ОтветитьI just found your videos and I’m so happy I did! I’ve been wanting to get into running but had literally no idea what to do with the treadmill my hubby bought. You have made running so much less intimidating! I haven’t finished a video yet (because I’m that out of shape 🥲) but today (3rd day watching your videos) I made it to the 15 minute mark, which is the most I’ve ever ran!! 🎉 I’m determined to make it the entire video next time ☺️
ОтветитьHer constant motivation keeps me going every time I want to give up! Love it!!
ОтветитьToday was a very rough day, from my sister just passing, starting a new career I have no clue about but need, marriage all over the place and no friends I just decided before I bug out let me run. At first I did the power video and my body was like girl what you doing but mentally I just wanted to not feel it only in my body but it was too much so I came to this video and paced myself and you were explaining that as well. I love when the universe guides you to the right place at the right time. Everything you were saying uplifted me and I want to thank you from the bottom of my soul. Many blessings to you and yours take care❤
ОтветитьThank you! Used this multiple times. Great motivation.

Ответить1.6 miles. 215 calories. Held 6 for the runs.
ОтветитьYou changed my opinion about running! Thank you Rachel ❤
ОтветитьHi my name is Susan and I have been doing your workouts for about 2 years now. I started walking then tried running and have done so many of your workouts. Im 64 and I will say I was discouraged when I always ran at the lower ends, but Im smarter now and I know my limitations. The beginning of this year I actually started doing more walking workouts due to just not feeling great after running. Everyone of your workouts challenges me and I love your motivation
and inspiration. Thank you, keep up the good work.
❤❤❤
ОтветитьHad to stop running couple weeks ago be of my back issues BUT I did this today and I feel great! Thank you for your videos! Coach Rachel is the best🎉
ОтветитьThis was really helpful. I think it's great that it's adaptable. When I was very unfit, I was jogging at 4.5, but I wanted to start a little higher, so I started my runs at 5.0 and moved up to 6.2 by the last interval of this video. Definitely helped me push myself a bit more than I would on my own. Thank you!
ОтветитьJust what I needed this morning!
ОтветитьGreat way to start the year! 1.66 miles January 06 yay
ОтветитьSo I came across you this morning on my search for a treadmill workout. And I love this beginners work out. You just got a new subscriber. Looking forward to more workouts with you.
ОтветитьHi. I’m here for the first time. How long do you recommend for me to keep doing this beginner run? Thanks for your kind and encouraging words all the way to end of the running. And tricks😂
ОтветитьGot the cobwebs off!
ОтветитьIf t Hh is is day 1 of running, where do you recommend starting day 2? Or, how long should a runner do this to build endurance?
ОтветитьI’m not a beginner, but this is ideal during quarantine 🤧 better have a little bit of movement then none at all. And I got sweaty🤗 dit it yesterday and today… planning to do it for the whole week. ❤
ОтветитьI loovveee these shorter videos! They are so good to add before or after a workout. Thank you!!!
ОтветитьAnother one, just what I needed! Thanks Coach!
ОтветитьWould not have run 2 mins at that pace if you wouldn’t have pushed me! Thank you!
ОтветитьUsed this as my warm up before abs today thanks guys and merry Christmas to you all 🤶🎄😘
ОтветитьJust what I needed today, thanks Coach Rachel for your motivational chats :)
ОтветитьAnother one! I love these! This one o can do on my work day that I am already on my feet a lot. Now I can get in a small cardio and then lift weights when I get home! Thanks
