ОтветитьHi John.. cool.. thanks for the tips. Also.. thanks for continuing to post new videos during this stressful and troubling time. Nothing better than improving our Excel skills during the lock-down while we all wait this thing out. Thumbs up for How to Excel and stay safe out there!!
ОтветитьThanks for your videos. But you speak very fast . Could you add subtitle for better learning.

ОтветитьHey John. I use the Custom Format pretty much daily. It is very useful for loading asset numbers that have to always be 7 digits. My question is why they don't appear in the formula bar when you click on one? it only shows the original number.
ОтветитьVery helpful, thanks John!

I have subscription based office with semi annual channel Update

In Power Query Editor, I am unable to find M Intellisence whether I have to install something (any specific software)
i am not able to use the file after i saved and open it as normal format (with leading zero in csv)...i need to export the csv file with infront of zero leading to other applications? can you please help me on this
ОтветитьAs a new user this was a little overwhelming but I do appreciate the numerous ways to do this as I practice.
ОтветитьWhat is best way to NOT mess with vlookup/xlookup ?
ОтветитьVery useful thank you
ОтветитьIt's gr8 to know many ways to do a thing, I thing you can use repeat function also to get leading zero 😉
=Rept("0",12-len(a1))
Here i used 12 becoz I want to get max 12 digit
I'm having an issue where I need to add leading zeros after text. So in your "right function" example, how would I add leading zeroes BETWEEN the text and the numbers? For example, "A0001" and "B0002".
ОтветитьBlurry af!
ОтветитьThanx alot... It worked for me
Ответить8 ways? Good grief! Can Excel just put a fuc*ing zero where I want one? SIMPLE. All the "options"! The next one is more complicated than the last!
ОтветитьThank you dude you saved me hours of trying to work that out!
