no 5 ,habitats were not mentioned ,shouldn't it be considered Not Given?
Ответитьthe text stated that's Animals can make Vitamin C in their bodies but don't specify or mention the process "metabolism" which makes it False 🙂
I hate how the "Not giving" rule is arbitrary! It doesn't match my sense of logic 😑
Hi E2 Team! I promised myself to come back after I received my official IELTS score. I was sad because on test day there are technical errors on listening test and felt lost when speaking test because the questions are out of the box. Your videos help me so much during less than two weeks preparation to improve so many aspects of my IELTS skills. I received an overall 7 band because of you guys. Thank you very much for all the useful tips and advices, all the best for E2 team and other IELTS test takers!
ОтветитьI'm having a challenge on speaking part
How can I achieve band 7.5
I'm just confused with number 9, why the answer is true when the text or statements said "most other animals",so meaning not all animals.
ОтветитьFor 5th initial question, The passage does not have any information about whether Dodo and Moa lived in adjacent habitats, so shouldn't the answer be NOT GIVEN instead of FALSE?
ОтветитьMy test in October 7
ОтветитьThe more I watch true false not given tips, the more I confuse, for example here Moa and Dodo inhabited adjacent, this we dont know, so shouldn't it be NG ? sometimes I think over and over the question and this leads me to make an unnecessary inference.I can't think in a simple way, so this type of questions I can never suceed, I totally have to overcome this habit
ОтветитьCan we write F T NG in the answer sheet?
ОтветитьThank you for help😊
ОтветитьMy exam is in 23rd of September
ОтветитьThe question no 9 says 'Animal' can, but the passage says most of the animals can, that means not all the animals can. So how can it be TRUE??
ОтветитьAnswers will be in order??
What do yo say
Thank you i understand this lecture better
ОтветитьI feel like number 5 should be not given.
Ответитьvery helpful.
ОтветитьThank you guys my results came in and I got a band 7.5 ❤
ОтветитьAnswer to question 9 should be false as the text says ‘unlike most other animals’. It means the text is treating humans as animals. Since humans cannot produce vitamin C, answer should be false. Please clarify 😊
Ответитьafter watched this video, i found my weakness is i have lack of synonym and parallel expression. so, how can i fix that? :'(
ОтветитьBut isn't lime and lemons fall under the category of fruits which is given in the passage. Therefore making it a true statement... ?!
ОтветитьThe moa and the dodo inhabited adjacent habitats is NOT GIVEN as there is nothing mentioned about their habitat. Please explain.
ОтветитьI don’t get it well please
Ответитьits very helpful thank you.
Ответитьvẻy uèul !!!!
ОтветитьNice tips. I wonder when we would get to see Alex on our screen again.
ОтветитьThanks for describing this information but i think this was not helpful cus it was easy to understand. if you could make a video
which contain a complicated text like real IELT reading that would be greats.
It's a useful lesson and I really appreciate your work. But I would like to suggest that please make a real question ILETS from previous test. Thanks🙏
ОтветитьLittle bit confusion about question number 5(dodo & moa?
ОтветитьAn excellent video on this strategy. Just amazing
ОтветитьI love tiese videoes a lot!!! They are to the point with nice slides!
Thsnks a bunch, Jay!
Tomorrow is my test 😅
ОтветитьIn the socond example, the answer to question number 2 is not given because there is nothing mentioned about thier habitats
Ответитьthats question is original from ielts test ??
Ответитьi hate synonim , i dont know a loot of vocabulary word
Ответитьi think u should go to another hairdresser next time...
ОтветитьTomorrow is my test. Please wish me well
Ответитьcan u pls help me to understand the difference btw false and not given. For instance many times, the information is not givev but still answer will be given as False, how is tat possible??
ОтветитьWhy questions are so easy
ОтветитьExamples tend to be easier than the real test
ОтветитьThanks so much for this comprehensive explanation. I always struggle with this part of reading test. It helps a lot!
ОтветитьAside for the obvious mistake in question 5, question 6 could be true? It’s been said in the text that dodos are listed as suitable for de extincion and then they explain with the Mona, that one of the reasons of Mona been suitable for this is it’s large quantities of remains, so, in context, dodo been also a specie suitable for de extincion, would not mean that it also has a substancial quantities of remains?
ОтветитьAfter 1 hour i have test
ОтветитьIn question number 7 they didn’t talk about moa specifically then how how it can be true
ОтветитьFor the Moa and Dodo part, why isn't question 7 NG because I think there's no direct contracdiction for them living in the adjacent habitats.
Ответитьoutstanding explaination
