This is useful, although only for something your character is holding at all times. All I did was make the object parented to the bone then it worked.

Is there a way to have it so the models don’t clip with each other? So like if I try directing the hand trough a cube it will just smack against the cube rather than clipping into it?

i didn't know you could set keyframes for visibility. all this time im pausing on frames and enabling disabling scenes lol
