How cool is it that we currently live in a time where we do not need to go to publishing houses to validate & edit our work.

Been pondering the artist's dilemma...

Do you create to create?
or do you create to become recognized by an "institution" eg. publishing house, record label, art gallery, etc...


then does this recognition mean you are finally "professional?"


currently, I think self-publishing allows for the most creative freedom & produces the most authentic results.
