you made a mistake in the flash offsets graphic. if the factory size is 1MB, then it starts at 0x10000 and ends at 0x110000

Awesome tutorial, but you need to learn to use the zoom feature of your screen capture program so that we can see the text or codes. They are so tiny, you can't read it.
