How do you plan to take on the Hunter in XCOM 2: War of the Chosen?

He's my favorite

First time playing against this guy was a retaliation mission and the a.i. rebel teamates that guard the civilians pretty much killed him before he could do anything. He didnt inflict any damage on anyone.

Assassin: In it for the honor
Warlock: Because the Ethereals command it
Hunter: In it for the fun and sport

Best Chosen. Love his sportsmanship. In his stronghold he even said “I know I’m going to die but I won’t be going down without a fight” something like this.. I remember I felt a bit sad lol

Meet the Sniper. But he's more polite and cool.

He sounds like a friendly guy!

expectation: dangerous sniper picking off your team from across the map
reality: some guy who spends an eternity lining up his shot or doing laps between 2 buildings but not actually doing anything

He's such a cool character. I love how sceptical and somewhat defiant he is of the eldars.

I feel really unhappy after taking out this guy and assassin lady. They are very nice, loyal and don't deserve actual death. How can I recruit them on my side? lol

Tbh, he was fun to play against. The assassin still gives me nightmares.

Playing through WOTC right now (modded).
I hate the assassin, knocked a lot of my soldiers and then just ended up running away.
Hunter barely even got a hit in me, since all he did was tracking shot and I just had to move.
Haven't faced the warlock yet.
Have the right troops to the point where once I find the warlock, I can just rush to find his stronghold and then clap him (Killed the assassin and the Hunter in the same day since all I needed was a major).

The best chosen, I don't know about you, but I freaking love this guy's voicelines, the assassin is a bitch and the warlock... well... let's just say Warlock? More like borelock

I never want to finish of this one, he is kinda adorable. I want him join Xcom

he is kinda hot

I deal with him the same way I deal with most aliens, I have my rangers huff some berserker-derived PCP and hit him with a machete till he dies.

Make him return in xcom3... i dont care how you guys gonna do it but let him return as a worthy opponent to the commander... kinda, off again on again relation...

He has the most personality of any character in this entire game.

Had high hopes for this one. Managed a flawless run. Brittle + wrecked armor with a rocket and close range Arashi with talon rounds AND Melee = DONE. My ranger destroyed in this fight.

If anyone tried to reaper or ranger squadsight him. His main strengh is seein through stealth units. He have very LONG detection range. Best to dealing him? Use grenade and mine one him since he love to have a highground and fall damage would the trick. If he develope a blast padding. Try to use psionic and spidersuit on him.

Are we still playing XCOM? This is starting to feel like an avengers game with how ludicrously over the top it is.

OMG ZOMBIES TALKING IN A CREEPY WAY i really cant think of anything more cheesy or done to death in about a billion games and films what next the elders revive count dracula? What about x men character join up as x com soldiers then you could have super cheese whilst at the same time giving Bradford a chance to tell hulk not to Smash. im going to play enemy within now
