I m in love with this channel
ОтветитьI've been in rehab for months for knee pain, and this is the first time I really understood the mechanisms of the touch down. Thank you for the video, hopefully it'll unlock the key to my recovery.
ОтветитьYep it works, the burn is real 💪🏽
Ответитьthank you for these! i think my glute fires in the first set, but then it’s harder and harder to feel it. any tips pls. i have been dealing with glute and back pain for a very long time and been really struggling to get back into exercise.
Ответитьcan i work for you?
ОтветитьBar none, pound for pound THE BEST physical fitness/therapy out there. THANK YOU 🙏
ОтветитьI would LOVE and appreciate instruction on flattening and strengthening my abdominal muscles! I’m lifting for the first time- only ever done group fitness, kickboxing & plyo. Then took a 5-6 yr break from consistent workouts. My abs are SO weak!!! ALSO— I’m unable to go to a full depth squat despite having very good flexibility- and my knees really hurt when I do leg work— suggestions on that also would be appreciated! Thank you
ОтветитьWith the single leg touch downs, what do you do if you can't feel your glutes even if you adjust your hinge? I can feel them on my good side but my bad side glutes don't want to turn on
ОтветитьIs the foot tapping behind or in front? In some of your other videos it looks like it taps in front ?? Thanks
ОтветитьHow do I know if I’m “feeling the glutes”?😂😅
ОтветитьI don’t have pain, I just have a lazy butt. Hoping these exercises will work!
ОтветитьGamechanging. Love that u take real people and what they are feeling. I’m able to say — yes that’s me then I know what I should be working on
ОтветитьMy dingaling can't handle her anymore
ОтветитьU r a life saver
ОтветитьShe got ASS!!!
ОтветитьWhy it keeps coming back 😢 do we do this exercise for life ?
ОтветитьJust that first exercise woke my hibernating right glute up
ОтветитьHow often do you recommend these be done? With leg days? Every day? Thanks for the great video and information.
Ответитьthis might've actually just solved all my back pain problems
ОтветитьYou are amazing!! Learnt more from your video than i did in 12 years.
ОтветитьAll your videos are very useful, actually, I'm trying some of them.
ОтветитьThese are great could you add a video for knee conditioning for a chrondomalacia sufferers that would be awesome thank you
Ответить👀😳You are on point...🎯💯
I really appreciate the explanation and tips.
Honestly, it's so important to listen and put or mind focus on the areas we want to workout and feel it... Because if we don't feel nothing on the area we are workingout then we are doing something wrong.🤔🤷🏽♀️
Start again!😅
Thaaaank you!!!💯
Well, I really have to thank you !
I found out about your channel by coincidence but it has been a pleasure to follow every video you make (and watching previous ones).
Thanks to you, I think I now know why I have lower back pain sometimes when I stay up for too long or when I'm hiking. From what I saw in your videos, it seems like I have some gluteal amnesia too and a lack of core stability. I'll make sure to follow your tips to train my body back to shape and I'll keep your up about my progress :D
This is exactly what I needed. Thanks, great tips and advice 👌
Ответитьnerve pain during touch down squat, when trying to get my heel to the ground in the non weight bearing leg?
ОтветитьShe killed it. Great demonstration. I needed this. I’ve been sitting too much lately.
ОтветитьChannel is life changing
Ответитьalso love that you have people use the wall with one hand on the door and one on the wall. shows people that they can use whatever space they have access to while they improve their health/body
ОтветитьThank you so much. 👍💪
ОтветитьThank you! Could you show us exercises for "femoral anteversion"? 🤔
Ответить🌷
ОтветитьSuper thanks
ОтветитьAny specific mini bands you recommend?
ОтветитьOptimal model chosen.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьMassive@$$..straight clap them cheeks
ОтветитьHow long do you hold?
ОтветитьSo helpful… Thank you
ОтветитьGreat video! Lawd ya girl demonstrating.
ОтветитьI have a 8 Month old Cartilage damage in the knee...but i would like to wake up my QL...i think Clamshell isn't good for my Knee...are "normal side planks" also good for the QL...THANKS from Germany...if you visit Berlin let me know i'm your tourguide...fantastic Videos..so helpful👍
ОтветитьI was overweight for a long part of my life, got my food and fitness under control. My huge weakness is glutes..I feel so uncomfortable doing squats deadlifts etc. I worry about jacking up my knees or back. How many times should I do these exercises a week in combination with lifting ?
ОтветитьDr. Horschig - what would you recommend as a substitute for the knee touchdown? I have a client who needs to wake up her glutes in this fashion however her knees are very arthritic. No matter how far back she hinges, knee touchdowns give her a lot of pain on one knee. I even tried lowering the height to an extremely thin 10lb rubber plate & she still experienced pain.
Ответитьcan you help, so i play football and for the last month when im running at more than 30% of my speed either my right hip or right glute hurts my coach said i should take a break of 10 days and the pain is slowly coming back. But whenever i have like 2 days off i can run a bit faster on the next training session pain free, but the next day pain returns. Can somebody help?
ОтветитьThank you! You are a great teacher! 🙏
ОтветитьWill this improve apt significantly?
ОтветитьHey! Do you know about the knee dysplasia and whether there's any exercises for that?
ОтветитьI got up out of bed to try these.
ОтветитьI love you man you helped so much with your content. God bless you. Hope to join a seminar one day
