Are you a meatballs lover?

Ответитьquesta è pornografia culinaria 😄
ОтветитьYou make cooking sensual...LOL...
Ответить😂😂😂 more sexy 😂😂😂
ОтветитьI love this channel - it's about the food and not about showing off (like for instance Giada De Laurentiis).
ОтветитьSo Vicenzo, how would you combine this dish with pasta? Would you just cook spaghetti and put the meatballs and sauce on top of it for instance?
ОтветитьThe idea of adding a blended soffrito to the meat ball mix is clever, I will try that.
ОтветитьCiao Vincenzo! Another way to cook meatballs (the way I do it) is to boil them gently in a large, deep skillet, until the water completely evaporates. The fat in the meatballs will have rendered, you will then fry them in their own fat for 5 - 10 minutes to seal in the flavor. You will have the most tender meatballs you ever tasted in your life, I guarantee! Grazie mille for all you do amico! Remember to always be nice ✌😁
ОтветитьVeal is quite challenging to find in the United States, and if you're fortunate enough to locate it, you're likely to be paying around $30 (27.81 Euro) per pound, if not more. I have prepared this dish using both beef and veal. If you opt for beef, consider adding a dash of milk; the enzymes from the milk will impart a similar taste and mouthfeel to veal.
ОтветитьChef, you forgot the spaghetti under the meatballs. (just kidding)
ОтветитьAs a Swedish person, I also love meatballs. And I take them very seriously. So this one guy asked me which one I like the best. And I told him that it's a sinful comparison to make. Italian meatballs and Swedish meatballs aren't competitors. They're family. Meatballs are made all over the world, not only in Sweden and Italy, but also in Greece, Persia, Turkey and even in China.
And each meatball is in its own right, a piece of art. It's one of my life goals to travel to all countries who has meatballs on the menu. Got to try them all. :)
Making these now - thank you!!
ОтветитьIs it really the traditional italian way to cook meatballs at owen?
I think meatballs get much more flavor to brown them at feying pan. I have tried both ways and I think meatballs tastes better when you frie them.
Instant fan, my friends invite themselves and ask for my / your carbonara
ОтветитьI made these today. They were a hit with my kids! I kept to your recipe but I was tempted to soak the bread in beef broth. I will definitely make these again.
ОтветитьYou make cooking so easy🥰🥰
ОтветитьLove your balls
Ответить"just like that" Lydia should sue you! 😊
ОтветитьUsing cast iron, as shown, will help it not burn.
ОтветитьSoffrito mash??
ОтветитьI make a similar recipe but never with soaked bread. Wondering about your thoughts on soaking the bread in white wine? too much?
ОтветитьI made them today sooooooooo delicious. My kids loved them, and requested that I made them regularly. Thank you so much for a fantastic recipe
ОтветитьMade this recipe and my husband and I absolutely l loved it! Making it again today.
ОтветитьAs an Italian, this is my EXACT method. My only suggestion is to use organic celery and carrot to avoid pesticides 😘👌
ОтветитьWith what pasta do you serve this delicious dish?
ОтветитьLooks good will try 😋
ОтветитьI don’t know if it’s interesting for an Italian, but carrots not only provide sweetness, they lower the acidity of your dish, giving your stomach a little break from high acidic products like tomatoes
ОтветитьVeal is Beef.
Is pork mince a must?
polpettes are small and usually deep fried in Italy. They are sometimes finished in sauce and then removed and served like any other meats that are finished in sauce. They don't go on spaghetti. The ingredients you use are close. Especially bread used and not bread crumbs. Fresh bread is key.
ОтветитьChuck chop, egg, parsley, bread crumbs and Pecorino Romano. I bake them, let them sit 1 or 2 hours on a paper towel and into my sauce. Everyone always wants seconds
ОтветитьIm making this recipe this weekend! I usually have a long recipe for meatballs. But sometimes can be very inconsistent. Lets see if the wife likes this more. Haha thank you chef! Subscribed!
ОтветитьVincenzo how much breadcrumbs? Ur recipe doesn’t say
ОтветитьThat is one gorgeous plate of meatballs and now I have to make them! Yum!
ОтветитьI like Nonas style of meatballs better. I always make tiny/size of thumb meatballs makes it feel like more meat than what I actually use. Saludos Vincenzo!
ОтветитьYou need your own tv show with your recipes and personally
ОтветитьBeautiful! Can you please make polpette con crema al parmigiano? Our local Italian restaurant had it on their menu as Entrate, it was so good!
ОтветитьHullo Vincenzo will you please tell me how to cook Nero di seppia spaghetti directions not in English. Love your videos, peace.Thankyou.
ОтветитьRatiti
ОтветитьMmmmmm
ОтветитьThis is not cooking anymore, it's art 👌
ОтветитьI wish to cook it for a party and I dont think I'll have about 30 to 40 minutes to boil the meatballs in the Pomodoro sauce. Any suggestions on how I can precook the meatballs?
ОтветитьThank you chef vincenzo I agree with you 100%
Ответить❤
ОтветитьSauce needed to cook some more because it was releasing water on the plate
ОтветитьGrazie mille
ОтветитьI made this today and it was sensational. So juicy and tasty. I couldn't stop eating. Thanks for sharing this recipe! I'm going to impress all the ladies with my balls now.
ОтветитьHi Vincenzo thank you so much for sharing your recipe.I’ve just made it …my husband said it was the best he ever ate 👌👌👍👍
