Okey, you're just plainly wrong about tanks. Gunbreaker is S-tier, the fact that DD only cost one Cartridge now just put it miles ahead the others. And DRK, while yes they are better than before, they're still nowhere near as good as PLD & WAR, putting DRK above B-tier is wild, sure their damage is better, but as a whole their package isn't even close to the other tanks, even with the buffs they're still the worst one.

Listen. I've been a DRK main since it was released. I haven't looked back (only to how broken it was in HW). BUT I gotta thank xeno cause he was putting it on fucking BLAST at least once a week. And it got heavy attention. So I'll take these buffs. But I'm waiting for more. So please. Keep shitting on my class lmaooooo

as a former AST main, ive switched to WHM because i am absolutely not doing 200 APM when i can do a whopping 3 casts on WHM for better healing output.

Yes, DRG may be better in savage with those numbers, but I am not a fan of the changes at all. As a ex-casual player of the game (I haven't really played since finishing DT, except for logging into patch day), I miss the triple Nastrond feel when fighting, especially when in dungeons. Now, it feels a lot less "bursty" on the 1 minute AoE pulls. I personally think that the job was completely fine, minus the Starcross buff (that was nice), and miss my mains gameplay.

Respectfully, I think you have bad take on the healers. Scholar and Astro have so much synergy with mitigation it can't be parrelleld. Astro S, Scholar A+, Sage & WHM on A-.

On this tier list, you ranked whm lower then astrol. Are you ranking dps or healing? Whm provides dps, but is designed specially for healing.

This comment section has zero knowledge of most jobs. Here and there you find truth about some but over all 98% of the takes in here are wrong and opinions based on what people told them or what they remember from when they played it once

i would personally switch out whm with astro or at the very least include it in s tier with the other 2. whm just has too much raw healing to not be in s tier. i have a max level scholar and whm and currently leveling asrto,(lvl 67) and i just dont see why anyone would choose astro over whm if given the chance. astro is probably better in highly coordinated statics (with their card buff ststem) but that doesnt really matter in randoms or casual statics and whm excels in randoms. you cannot underestimate how incredibly useful it is to solo heal in most duties that have a co healer. astro cant even out regen stack a whm (which i thought they might since they have 2 regular cards that affect healing. i cant remember if qeen card does regen. whm lilly bell regen is just too massive to beat) i feel like the 2 regen healers are in the same boat as the physical ranged: one is better depending on the situation. maybe my mind will change later as i get more skills unlocked on astro but from what i can see of their specialties, its feels wrong to put whm anywhere below s

I think it's very important to consider where this tier list applies, for casuals this might be an okay list but any serious raid group would not take SGE over SCH given Rdps, War and Paladin would also be swapped with drk for speed, blm, rdm and smn would be bottom jobs, so would mch. Brd and dnc would rank extremely high, rpr would rank a lot lower aswell, rest of the list is okay ish

People laughed when SCH got Expedience. I do not know how much it has helped my raid grp, but it def has been super beneficial.

as a main astro i can tell : you depend to much of your mate so it can't be a s tier when we see the other healer.

I mean without good dps to boost and without a cohealer who play with your star you're just useless. In fact, whm are stronger as a regen healer just because he can heal anything without loose uptime.

Sure, remote the ranged DPS "penalty" and bring them on-par with melee DPS. But then also make them follow positionals. Or, remove positional requirement from melee DPS, give to them long range heavy hitting abilities which can be cast from any angle and no matter if you're stationary or on the move and and then let all blast at maximum. Simply boosting ranged DPS up on par with melee DPS without giving to them similar requirements as melee has doesn't really work. Who and why would ever play melee then.

i disagee with how you ranked the tanks, specifically war and drk. drk has great utility with 2 oblations and a tbn for the party which is valued highly in high end content, as well as being the strongest tank when played well, and while i love warrior, its just bad right now compared to the other tanks, it does the least amount of damage and has the least amount of party utility since its only "buddy mit" nascent flash shares a cooldown with its main mit bloodwhetting. if this is a "meta" tier list drk and pld would be S tier for utility (especially considering most party comps for ult ran them) while drk and gnb would be S tier for damage. Overall id currently say drk is S, gnb and pld are A+, and war is B, offering both less utility and less damage than the other tanks.

I think you should have more spread and dare I say, stronger opinions in your tierlist. While the melee jobs may be similar in power, I dont think putting them all in the same tier provides any unique insight. I agree that no job is "bad", as in incapable of clearing content, however some jobs are clearly better than others in certain aspects.

Well, SCH seems to be S tier by the clears of FRU (all the first clears were with SCH/X, including a SCH/SGE clear, I think it was the 25th or so clear before there wasn't a SCH in it). Which makes sense, SCH is NEVER not a great pick, no matter the tier or patch, in the game's history so far. BLM and MCH seem to be on the worst end, with SMN there less because it's bad and more just RDM is an overall better option, similar to (but not as bad as) BLM/PCT, where PCT is just walking all over BLM. Though Ranged Phys in general needs help, MCH is BRD/DNC that ALSO has no party buffs. RDM has turned out to be somewhat decent, with a lot of clears going double Caster with PCT/RDM, at least initially. Not sure what's happened this last week, but those statements were true at the start, anyway.
