There is absolutely no reason to have someone acquire the taste of century eggs. Everything you can make with them can be made with fresh eggs. Everybody who eats century eggs would always go for fresh eggs given the choice.

Chris Morocco!!! dislikes lamb!!!??? Lamb is fantastic, he probably has just never had good Australian lamb before! Americans just aren't used to it. People like the meats they were raised on. They probably wouldn't like kangaroo for that same reason. I love liver too, but hate kidneys... Liverwurst is one of life's great pleasures!

Wow, I did not expect to see 2 dishes on here that I grew up with and regular eat. Mapo tofu and congee with century eggs. Makes sense they'd come up with the ingredients mentioned but that's cool to see.
