5 Best FREE Photo Editing Software for Windows 10/11 in 2024

I didn't like fotor at all. Clone stamp and merging photos were annoying. Undo button would not even work unless I discarded all of my changes. Major flaw. What is better? I need something easy with filters as well to make it fast
