Apple ID Verification Required | Apple id keep asking for Verification how to fixed | 2021

I had this problem for like 2 days and I made a new Apple ID 3 times and two of them I put them that I’m over 21 or over 18 and when I put under 18 it didn’t make me put a credit card it just made me put an address
