Mine was 131 and had to get some liver work done. Turns out I had a lesion on my liver. Had to get multiple mri’s but it showed lesion was benign. I drink a lot of caffeine and other supplements to workout. Wonder if that causes a high Alp number. Or the decade in my 20s I spent being a massive alcoholic.

My doctor told me that people that are over weight are more likely to have bad liver enzymes levels

Just got my alkaline phosphate blood work blood its 153 is that normal

Blood work says mild elevated at 133 range is 36-130. Should I be concern?

my alp is 200 and i have had a pet scan osteo all over my body as well as fibromialgia thru my whole body i also have degenterive disk disease I was told 2 times I needed a bone marrow byopsy but one dr. said no you can't have that no insurance other told me no not going to do it because it will cause you more pain then you need right now.. since my alp's have been up for years what do you think should i get a 3rd opinion and get the bone marrow byopsy I am upset due to dr. told me pain mangment now is all we can do for you since my bones are thinning out degenerating????? I am so lost with this situation thank you

My alk phos/alt evalvted by 5-12 points alt 57 and alk phos 137 what do you think it is and what should I do. I eat fish/chicken/turkey/broccoli/egg whites/almonds and cut out most sugar don’t understand. Doing ultrasound hope not gallstones/bile duct
