ОтветитьLaura I have been making pizza for many years with a pizza stone and always had perfectly cooked pizza. Well I have a new stove and it did not cook my pizza through. It was not cooked and wasn't crispy. I preheated the stone too. I am so disappointed and upset. It is an LG stove and has a fan in the back.

ОтветитьIf you have a programmable instant pot, set it to 105 and let the dough ball rise in the instant pot. You can use the glass lid too if you have one. Definitely oil it as shown in the video.

ОтветитьWhat should we do with the dough if we made enough for several pizzas but we can only bake one pizza at a time? Cause you mentioned that your second dough got a little warm. So is that bad?
ОтветитьWe made pizzas tonight for dinner using this dough.....4 to be exact. IDK why but this pizza dough was so much better than her "older' pizza dough recipe which I've been using for about 7 years or so. My little girls said "this is so good mommy!" "yeah thanks mom beause this is delicious" My only complaint is that we ate too much because it was SO GOOD! My hubby and I are on the stuggle bus b/c we are so full. Must.get.up.to.finish.chores.......
Ответитьok , an update , this Pizza Dough is amazing and i have to thank Laura for this , if you use the SAF instant Premium yeast you will end up with a great pizza even if you think you failed , Now i can make pizza knowing i won't be throwing money away
Ответитьok i just made this dough and followed the recipe to the letter and bought the same yeast , my mixer is a little different i have the 6 quart pro but i also have the 5 quart pro and maybe i should have used it instead and my dough did not not come out like Laura's and maybe it's the apron !!! need to see if she sells that same apron lol

ОтветитьThat yeast is no longer available but we we another one here in Canada, that is just as good, its in our Polish stores. That pizza should be a reminder to all that you can make perfect pizza. Right now and I'm not sure where you are in the States. But us Canadians, are paying up to $60.00 for just two 'large' pizzas'....its insane! YOUR PIZZA LOOKS SO AMAZING, would have loved to see your daughter's reaction to the pizza!
ОтветитьHey Laura. In your old video that I go by. You incorporated two Tbs of olive oil into the bowl of dry mix. Now the only oil that your using is coating the inside of the mixer bowl which I doubt is two Tbs. Also, now your cooking the sauce ? I'm assuming that the out comes are the same..

ОтветитьOMGosh I just made this!! And it turned out! The first one got stuck on the peel😂 so I made a panzerotti out of it. Second one worked with a bit more flour on the dough and then I put corn meal on the peel, it worked!!! My family loved them! Thank you Laura so much!
