$8500 and you get a white refrigerator. Outdated laundry, small bedrooms, no elevator, doorman or amenities? 😂😂
ОтветитьGreat apartments that are realistic and true to form of a NYC apartment.
ОтветитьA beautiful view looking at a main street 😂😂😂😂! Speak about tryna sell some bs to you
ОтветитьApartment #2 was my favourite I loved the brick wall, the stairs, and the overall layout. I actually liked the lighting it made it gloomy in a good way.
ОтветитьI lived in an apartment that’s looked exactly like the 2nd apartment but 2 bedroom and the top was much bigger in Cape Town South Africa and I paid R4500 which is abit $240 per month lol
Ответитьlike the first one. Your fav is a meh for me
Ответить❤❤❤ NYC and thankfully still very vintage. In a lot of these I hate the flipping and love, the beautiful vintage!
ОтветитьFor the love of god why would you pain exposed brick white
ОтветитьI’m from Belgium. This is insane! Over here these places are not even allowed to be that small. That is not a kitchen! Horrible… and €6000 A Month?! What?!
How?! We pay €650 for a big appartement with 2 bedrooms, big living area and A terras. In the city Brussel.
Love these videos, they are fun to watch. I enjoy the outside look of the buildings, too, so much variety and character. Thank you for publishing these.
ОтветитьWhat is the cost of buying the apartment ??
Ответить8500 is WILD
ОтветитьApartment 2 looks like the balcony ice spice and pink panther recorded on the boys a liar 🤨
ОтветитьGood luck in the rotten apple
ОтветитьOH MY GOsh number 4 WAS BEAUTIFUL
ОтветитьThis is ridiculous. My mortgage on a $240k 3 bed 2 bath 1500sqft home with 0.25 acres of land, $47k car payment, and $20k car payment is HALF what some of these apartments go for, and was still cheaper than every tour in this video.
ОтветитьFor everyone complaining about the rent prices, I get it. NYC is expensive and that is a fact but I would rather live in NYC than live in the boring suburbs in the Midwest. For people that don’t get it, you’re not going to get it. I would be much happier in NYC paying more than living in the suburbs.
ОтветитьI'm a native Ny and love these apartment tours, cause I'm close to done with HS and look forward to getting my own place one day
Ответитьhow can u pay 8500$ for a APARTMENT i dont understand
ОтветитьI can't imagine they'd allow you to paint the brick.
ОтветитьI can’t fathom paying this much and not owning any of it. House mortgage is so much cheaper and I can barely afford that
ОтветитьPainting that brick wall to white is a crime 😭😭😭
ОтветитьI ❤ apartment no 4! But wow, what a high prices! I live in an corner apartment in Rotterdam, The Netherlands 1 bed, 1 bad with lots of light and windows, for ... Drumroll.....720€ (euro's)
Why is NY so expensive?
Holy balls! I’m in a 2,000 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, full basement, 2 car garage , 1/3 acre lot and my mortgage is $1,200 a month. I get that different places are higher cost of living… but DAMN!!
ОтветитьAs a Europen I can't get over how much you need to pay to rent a shoe box size flat with window overlooking neighbour's window 🤯
ОтветитьWow 8,400 a month? I make 10k a year ugh I need to work harder and be more ambitious. Any tips? I have no goals and stay comfortable in life and never try 🥹I’m 26 and still live with my parents
ОтветитьThat first loft apartment didn't have a wall between the bedroom and the living space, so it's really a studio - for almost $5,000! The $8,500 Soho unit had extras like laundry machines and the rooftop deck, but if my income was over the required third of a million I wouldn't walk up so many flights of stairs! The other Soho unit was just a cramped, overpriced studio. Overall, these apartments have outrageous rents because of their location, while more reasonably priced ones are just a couple of subway stops away. Consider that some of these prices would be the same or more than a mortgage payment on a million dollar property.
ОтветитьManhattan is worth every penny, I had the mentality it was overpriced but coming from California it’s a gold mine, endless things to do. You’re paying for the city not your apartment. Whatever works for everyone!
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьDon't move here unless you work here!
Don't get me wrong, I like the culture in New York because people are diverse, they don't bullshit much, they are open minded and they aren't nosy.
However, the lack of nature, the lack of peace and quiet and fresh air, the price, the tiny living space, the crowds, the noise, the stench, the creepy crazy dudes, the extremely competitive culture. The worst thing is that you have no where to escape easily. Having a car in NYC is of no use so it's hard to just go for a hike.
It's not good for your mental health unless you have the mentality of a thick-skinned golden retriever. I felt trapped when I lived in NYC, now I live in New Jersey.
Nooooo. Don't paint the brick! Ha ha! It's so pretty as is. Just add light furniture. Paint those cabinets though.
ОтветитьHonestly I cannot believe there are people that pay this much per month to live in New York lol. I would never. Probably because I live in Toronto and go in and out of New York whenever I want since it's like a 50 minute plane ride but like wow. Insane.
ОтветитьThis is upsets me because the people born and raised in Hwy, working actually run New York can’t afford to live here, and sad breaks my heart. I wish all these rich people in celebrities. Will get the hell out of here and stop raising the prices of everything. It just sucks.
ОтветитьWow, prices are insane and looks the size of my college dorm. No thanks. I did like #4 though if I had to choose.
ОтветитьSoooo expensive but obviously love the same one you did by far the best one. I mean with a roommate, it's better than the others. I would personally never live in New York, but for someone who would want to be in a big city, it's great.
Ответитьwhy nyc? btw working with an investment professional could help you prepare for life. While others were whining about inflation, I was busily cashing out my Diversified-portfolio, eventually earning more than $370,000 for the first quarter of the year. I'm grateful that I was able to get in touch with my coach, Joseph Sullivan Anderson, early in the year. Thanks to Joseph Sullivan Anderson, we were able to pay off our debt and begin saving for retirement.
Ответить8500 is like 25 times my mortgage. That's just insane 😅 but I do live in a very small middle of nowhere town
ОтветитьThanks for the tour
ОтветитьToo bad New York is dululu! Lolol
ОтветитьI'm sorry but $8500 and going up to the unit it looks like that?? Why does the hallway look so run down?? No thank you. I love lofts and I usually like the infrastructure of the hallways in loft buildings but not that.. lol and this loft has too much going on
ОтветитьI enjoyed seeing these that had character and unique qualities. In The luxury high rise apt tour videos they all look the same. That being said aside from the two newly remodeled ones they look so grimy! I’d have to clean and scrub for days just to think about living there. Especially for those prices.
ОтветитьThe kitchen and bathroom proximity in the apartment with the screaming kids is disgusting. Just. The bathroom air circulating with the food as soon as anyone opens that door. I cant.
ОтветитьShe clearly isn’t from NY the way she’s describing the apartments 😂 the 2nd loft was a dream 😂 and at that price unheard of
ОтветитьYou'd be really fked if you had limited mobility and needed an elevator. The prices are insane for living in a closet sized space with terrible views of only more buildings.
ОтветитьI didn't like any of them and the prices are horrible. 😬
ОтветитьWelcome to my city!!!!!!
ОтветитьApartment 4 with that neat private outdoor area was very cool.
ОтветитьThis camera quality wow!
ОтветитьCoats? Guess a cool spell.
