Please Note - Epoxy gel coat and Vinylester/Polyester Uni mould don't technically work together, however if the gel coat is left to cure over night before layup this has worked fine for me.

I cant see why that needed to be a two part mould ? No traps or returns that would give mechanical lock ???

Dimples in first half is a a good idea for accurate matching of parts on split line!
