my tip for "For Rent" builds would be this, make a lot of shared space in the appartments. Since you do have to go through a loading screen to visit the homes of other tenants.

One thing I strongly want from this pack is to feel like I am a part of a community, and regularly interact with the other tenants living in the building. And since you don't need to go through loading screens when visiting a shared space then having things to do in those spaces would be preffered.

I do think the pools are a great way of going about building shared spaces. Other ideas I could think off is a grill in the parking lot, playground for the kids, or a hangout on top of the roof etc.
