uninstall or downgrade 3 iOS 11 public beta to iOS 10.3.3, NO data lost

last time i use iTunes downgrade iOS 11 beta 3 fail and stuck, i fix the stuck with ReiBoot. this time i use Reiboot downgrade, easily and data safe.
