I have a question do we need virtual memory for all the drives we have in pc?

Will this work on other drives?

12288MB - 8GB
24576 MB - 16GB
32GB RAM wouldnt have an issue unless its chugging
64GB RAM wouldnt have an issue
128GB RAM wouldnt have an issue
