Dying Light 2 on a GTX 1050 (720p, 900p & 1080p Low + FSR)

ive been playing on 1080p low fsr quality with motion blur / vsync turned on with a controller , and it feels like playing on a ps4 , even though a pc build like is much stronger than a ps4 in terms of performance , it should run this game better , and this shows how awful the optimization on pc games has become in the last years

is it atleast playable on lowest settings 720p?

I have a 1050 3gb, 8gb ram, I5 9th gen, could I run minimum settings 1080p?
